Doing the barbell hip lift you can lift alot of weight but it can be painful, with this invention you can spread the pain over a greater area, making it easier to lift heavy.

Sprint platforms

Instead of sprinting around cones there could be platforms which turn around, removing the need of you turning. Improves sprinting but makes you less athletic.
