Feet stick, thicken and harden levels

Usually you need several sticks for rolling out your feet but with this stretching stick which can have it’s thickness and hardness modified you have the one stick to rule them all.

Adjustable dumbbell improvement

A problem with adjustable dumbbells is that the sides can be painful to kick up while doing bench presses, this soft large material looks like another plate that attaches at the end of the dumbbells to make them more pleasant to kick up.
